Grapes are harvested by hand in the early morning hours and transported to the winery in open crates. The Grenache Blanc and Clairette are vinified separately in stainless steel with no malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and add balance.
Rich, fleshy southern fruit is balanced by a fresh acidity and rounded off with a long fruity finish.
